Ok lets face it, I'm sick of running all three programs by themselves. I've heard of at least one program that lets you run all three messenger devices at once. Miranda IM but that confused the hell out of me. I was wondering if there are other programs that let you do this.
I'm trying to find some thing like that myself. I also tried Miranda, but couldn't get it to work. Plus I personally don't understand about all that customizing stuff with the plug-ins and all that. I've also tried this one called IM2, but although it doesn't seem as complicated, I couldn't get how to use it with all my Messenger things either, as I don't think there were clear instructions for it. I also looked up this one called Trillion, but I really don't remember much about that one. So now, I'm looking some messengers up on www.answers.com, which is usually a pretty accurate and helpful source for me. Type in, List of instant messaging clients, and you can get a list of many of them. Some I believe you can also use with the MSN, Yahoo, and AOL ones. I don't want to give any specific names though because I haven't tried some of these myself. Hoope that helps.
Oh sorry, that one program I mention is Trillian.
Actually a better thing to type in Answers.com is "Comparison of instant messengers". That way, you'll get a list of different messengers as well as the specifics about them.
Miranda is nifty, you don't really need the plugins although maybe the yahoo.dll if it isn't already included, though I think it is. I can't really remember, it's been awhile. If you get the scripts, which I think I have for anyone who may want them, it works pretty well, or at least it has for me.
I use trillian on my pc, and im plus on my phone.

hey, yeah i've used meranda but i don't have the jfw scripts, and i want those. can you send them to me? my email address is my profile, not that anyone looks at it, lol. I need those. or i needto learn how to write jfw scripts myself, which is very hard, and annoying. I've not even tryed to do it, but i did try coppying and pasting the msn messanger ones, but that didn't work right. gave me a compiling error when i went to compile them. said the include file doesn't exist or something like that. lol. so if you want to p m me on the zone, feel free to do so. src333 a.k.a. shaun.
